You know how when you start to play a DVD and the warning message comes on and you try to hit fast forward or menu and it won't let you. Thats prohibited user operations. The movies studios put them on their DVDs. P-Uops removes them and you'll be able to fast forward through them. But If you're ripping a movie to fit on a DVD-R and you strip it to just the movie you dont even have to worry about that becuase it takes those warning screens off.
