  1. hey i am trying to to change a bad quality vcd to better quality it is a one file movie and it is bad quality can u change it so it is 2 disc vcd

    you can increase the bitrate so that it takes up more disc space but it will still look just as bad.

  3. Thanks for that how do i make it a bigger file or turn it in to vcd so i can play it on my dvd and wat about sound is that the same or can i change the quality

    look over to the left of this page. I suggest starting with the whatis section. When you have familiarised yourself with the various formats you can start on the HOWTO section, the convert guides are probably what you need most. If you still get stuck, search the forims for info and post questions here if all those methods fail to yield results.

  5. You can do whatever you want to your vcd except maybe increase quality.

    Polished Shit is still shit.

    Run it through Cleaner if you want to get rid of some artifacts. But It will give you a slight blurred image.
