How do I split a MPG file? I don't wanna join it, just split

Title says it all. What programs are suitable? Just wanna split the file into to two files and put each one on their own cd.

You can use TMPGEnc to merge or split mpeg. Go to mpeg tools and click on "merge & cut" tag.
