  1. Does anyone have a tutorial of how to do a video like this? I cant't find it online...

  2. I would use After Effects, but you can do it in almost any NLE.

    You need a locked-down camera shot (not handheld) with a simple action.
    Lay the shot into a timeline.
    Copy the clip to a second layer.
    On layer 2, Matte out the action you want to keep (the guy shooting baskets.)
    Copy the matted clip to as many layers as you want.
    Offset the upper layer clips so the subject "repeats."

    And be more clever with your matting so you don't unnaturally clip the basketball's shadow.

    Use a difference mask against a clean plate of the scene to extract the motion. TIP:That background is a still.
