Cannot install URL Snooper to get me started. I can use Livestreamer and youtube-dl because they are command line.

Any help would be appreciated.

May I suggest the Homeworx 150 PVR
You can find one on Amazon or Walmart for about $35
Plug in any USB external hard drive 2TB or less, with its own power supply
Records OTA broadcast at full hi ref, records the transport stream that the station is broadcasting
I love mine, I recorded both the "sound of music" and the "Peter pan" broadcasts from nbc

Perfect, works well. Can you explain how you found the format and number of parts? I am assuming that 2624 is the quality?
