  1. Wss enough of a hassle trying this software and that and coming up with no results that I want to share what you need to do it:

http://www.dvdfab.cn/passkey-lite.htm. To de-encrypt your Blu-ray disk, else Handbrake can do nothing

    https://handbrake.fr/ The encoding engine

https://www.videohelp.com/software/VidCoder. Not entirely necessary, but handy GUI that uses Handbrake

Install all three, insert your Blu-ray disk, run Passkey Lite until it's scan finishes, then run Vidcoder.

Nice of you to share, but you do realize that in this forum you are talking to people who know virtually every kind of decryption/encoding combination that is possible with commercial Blu-ray? Its basically like walking into the midst of a symphony orchestra and telling the members how to play Beethoven's Fifth.

By the way, Passkey Lite is severely limited on the number of Blu-ray discs that it can decrypt. It won't work at all with very new releases. You would be much better off buying the full version of DVDFab Passkey for Blu-ray, or AnyDVD HD.

If you insist on using a free decrypter, MakeMKV is updated very nearly as well as the full version of Passkey or AnyDVD HD. It is free while in beta, but has the disadvantage of having to rip the entire disc or the main movie to the hard drive before conversion with Handbrake or VidCoder.
