Cant record full screen games with bandicam?

Hi,

I have bandicam latest version but I havent been able to record the screen when a game such as FIFA is on full screen, only on windowed mode. So I tried pressing the button with the controller icon and it asks me to select the window with the game which I do but nothing happens. I cant start recording. Why is that?

When you pull up the main window of Bandicam, it gives you an option to choose from a "dirext X/OpenGL window" or a "rectangle on the screen". If you select the first option and then bring up fifa, it should automatically hook into the game and record it, regardless if it's full screen or not.

What you mean by bring up FIFA? To open the game or to click to maximize the window? I have tried both and none of them work. Nothing happens.
