How to join more than 3 files in tsMuxeR

I have started using tsMuxeR to join video files from a single recording. When joining only two files, the process goes ok, but when having more than 2 files, I keep getting this error: Assertion failed: (m_outBufLen == 0 && m_muxFile->size() % m_sectorSize == 0), function close, file src/tsMuxer.cpp, line 416.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

For what it is worth. Made a test on my Vista pc. Took a random 873 MB video file and used MKVMergeGUI to split it into 200 MB files. Brougth the resulting 5 files into tsMuxeR and muxed to .ts without problem.

I don't think it has to do with the numbers of files rather the nature of your files. Incompatible?
