Help me!!!!! (SONY VEGAS PRO 13.0)

I have no idea why or how, but sony vegas pro 13 messed me up big time...

If you don't know what's wrong the stuff (I don't know the name for it on the top is missing, here's an example of what is missing:

check under View tab if those windows are checked for preview

Why not go a bit farther and learn how to properly pop the windows in and out of each other.
