Hi... I am shopping for a BluRay player from Panasonic and was wondering if in the playable Media section it says DVD-R DL..... will my DVD+R DL discs play on this unit? I am jumping ship with my Sony unit and wanted to try a Panasonic.

Playable Discs section includes
+R*1/ +R DL*1/ +RW*1"The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist." -
Note it may depend on what it was recorded on. If your +R DLs were recorded on a PC or non Panasonic DVDR you should be good. If they were recorded on a Panasonic DVDR they may not play, something about the way Panasonic DVDRs record to +R DL media seems to make them incompatible with Panasonic BD players, other brands of BD players don't seem to have the playback issue.
