I tried many aspect ratio 16:9 but still same may be due to resolution is 1289*640... So plz tell me appropriate resolutions and aspect ratio... I don't want black bordor which makes screen smaller

Just zoom in the video player. Use for example MPC-HC and under View->Pan&Scan choose Increase size(numpad 9).

You will of course lose some of the sides....

As in ALL things AR, your choices will always be:
    • Stretch (changes the proportions of the image)
    • Crop (cuts out sections of the image)
    • Pad (adds borders around the image)
    • Zoom (larger, but cuts out MORE sections of the image)
Choose 1 (or more, if you have advanced zoom functions)

  4. I m not talking about playing movies in pc or laptop, then I don't need anything because everyone have vlc player and adjust by changing aspect ratio... If anyone who have solution for movies have black bordor on top and bottom in LCDs and LEDs, I want them in full screen mode, I tried 16:9 ratio but didn't workout
