Clearly something is not going well burning the DVD. It could be the DVD-drive, it could be the media.
But first I'd suggest that you install the latest version of ImgBurn and give it another go.
Since DVD-Flick is used to use its own internal copy of ImgBurn, make sure to change the DVD-Flick settings so that it will use your new installation of ImgBurn.

Here's one opinion of your disks with the media code shown in your post:

Destination Media Type: DVD-R (Disc ID: MJC M005)

If you can get these locally, try them.

Assuming from drive model its a laptop your talking about.

1: Try verbatim .. no go then 2

    2: Replace drive

Buy an external burner ... a desktop model in an enclosure with its own power supply will give plenty of service ... thou if laptop is usb 1 only it can take a while.

3: Replace laptop ... replacing a possibly worn ps circuitry generally not feasible considering tech charges

Yes, likely media. At least that's easy to change.

Power Calibration Error: The burner does a 'test' burn in a special area towards the center of the DVD disc. Then I believe it reads that and if the read fails you get a 'power calibration error'. It can be caused by: Low quality DVD media, wrong firmware on the drive that isn't calibrated for your DVD media brand and type, a failing or dirty laser on your drive. (A dirty laser lens is not uncommon with a laptop drive as the laser is exposed. )

ImgBurn should be able to tell you the firmware version in your burner and you may be able to find an update. But I would first try some better media, then try cleaning your laser lens. If you continue to have problems, then an external burner may be the easy solution.
