    To get link+command line you need Firefox add-on HDS Link Detector https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/hds-link-detector/?src=api

    and to download, paste link+command line to PHP+AdobeHDSHelper https://forum.videohelp.com/attachments/28939-1417559782/PHP+AdobeHDSHelper.7z

    atresdownloader and Internet download manager can download video from rutube

    Other methods can be made with Zedeo (who download it in mkv) or with Captvty

    Unfortunately, the free version of IDM is temporary but his method is one of the most simple
