ripped movie has a same DTS surround audio but different sizes

Hello guys! Can you please help me finding a small size that has a true surround DTS 5.1 or 7.1 in a ripped bluray movies?
Basically, I always download a amount size of 24gb and above (bluray remux) depending the size that has been ripped.
Accidentally searching via web, I saw some ripped movies that has a small amount of size (Godzilla 2014 - 4.5gb dts 7.2 1080p) comparing to the one that I already have (Godzilla 2014 - 32gb dts 7.2 1080p) both has a DTS audio surround, the difference are the small movie has a bitrates of 748 Kbps thus the bigger one has a bitrates of 5272 kbps.


But if you are going to look closely, both movies has a bitrate of .......4501 Kbps ( general specs both video and audio )
I'm very appriciated having my Onkyo 626 with polk audio tl1600 will play these movie better if you can educate me this matter.
My first concern is the audio quality, 2nd the picture quality, Thanks.
