  1. If anyone finds it useful, here's a drag-and-drop ffmpeg GUI I wrote (in AutoHotkey) for converting standard videos for viewing on my cell phone and tablet. As such it doesn't have tons of options, but I did include functionality for correcting PAL speed-up, a major pet peeve of mine. Note that ffmpeg.exe has to be in the same folder as the GUI app, though the video files can be dragged over from anywhere.
