I read some threads about this already but they were a year or two (or more) old. I was recording video with my aerial drone, landed, and not thinking, removed the battery without turning it off first. So I assume the end of the video clip just didn't get written correctly. http://mp4repair.org is able to recover the video (for $46) but nothing else I've tried will touch it. mediainfo isn't able to give any info at all, Video Repair Tool can't fix it, and avidemux can't open it. mp4repair.org gives it a "repair score" of 95%. Anything else that I can try that's not incredibly involved and time consuming?

woohoo, problem solved. put the sd card back in the drone's camera and booted it up and it fixed the video file for me. found the tip elsewhere. and i almost paid for the restoration....
