I have hundred of mkv files, and many of them are damage. I want to sort it. Any suggestion / software?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Depends on how they are damaged.
Open the folder containing the files in Windows Explorer with the folder set to large icons. Working files will have an icon of the contents. Corrupt files will not create an icon. But again, depends on the "damage".Google is your Friend -
If you are wanting to fix them all correctly, you'll have to open them individually.
Scott -
Place eac3to.exe into folder where clips reside.
Command prompt as admin , navigate to folder where clips are and type.
eac3to file.mkv -check
Change "file.mkv" to known video file name.
A batch file to speed up the process would be handy.
Eac3to will simply scan and report any errors found -
If you have already checked them all, then you should know which ones are damaged. So what are you wanting/asking?
