  1. If I add an audio track, then capture audio with my mic, it seems like the video preview is a still image instead of a video running ? Is that intended or is there something wrong with ?

  2. What mode is preview window? Try draft mode. What is audio source? Maybe not compatible with SVP 13. Try capturing audio with Audacity then import that into SVP 13.

  3. Its already in draft mode. audio device type in options says microsoft sound mapper. True I could use audacity...but I like watching the vid at the same time so I can sync my voice to certain events on the video at the same time...but I could fix something up about that.

  4. Guess we need to know more about that audio. Are you using a mike? Are you using music from some source? How are you getting that sound into your computer? Some USB mikes don't work well with Sony Vegas and you have to record using another program and then import it to Vegas.
