    I tried to use the job tool inside vDub but it a disaster, the markers of Pass 1 are imprinted on the videos and I have found no ways to have pass1 and pass2 happening separately.

    Ffmpeg has a video stabilizer filter. It may make a better batch processing option. Check the docs for usage.
    Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........

    I was looking for Deshaker for specific settings that aren't available on other tools. Plus I want to keep control of codecs and compression myself.
