Please educate me on what is the best possible video streaming program I could use to stream an MPTS in a server. Need to use a computer or something so that the group could just access it from there (a VLC kind of?).
    Thanks.

Why the focus on MPTS (assuming you are referring to Multi-program Transport Streams here, and not multi-protocol transport services)?

    What are your assumptions?

We wanted a fast application that could stream multiple programs using just one file or maybe even just a playlist with lots of *.ts files on it. Programs/files are store in one computer and everybody in the network can access to it. Any advises? Thanks again for the time..

Sounds like you just need a good transcoding-capable DLNA media server: WildMediaServer, Plex, Serviio, Universal, Twonky, XBMC.

Make sure to match server+source format+transcoded format (if necessary)+player client app.
