How to make night vision effect in a dark gameplay with Sony Vegas?

Hello,
I'd like to know what special effects/filters does those youtubers use to make their Dark gameplays watchable and they look like seeing through a night vision.
Here's the gameplays at the same spot fomr Arma3

Cut the red and blue channels. There's a channel mixer in the effects chooser.

Another way is to convert to B/W, then composite a green overlay.
