My games ( Assassin's Creed IV, Memento Mori 2, Sniper Elite 3, etc ) are running very slowly ( in drips and drabs ). I reinstalled OS ( Windows 7 ) and the problem persists. This didn't happen before.
Why does this occur and how can I solve the problem?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi!
Write your system? Most likely the problem is the lack of memory, antivirus
Summer / heat - therefore computer needs cleaning from dust and paste replacement CPU / GPU

Did you update the graphics card drivers ... windows will install generic drivers which are basic and useless.

Then use cpu-z to test graphics and compare against card specs ... also hows gpu cooled ... heatsink compound might need replacing, fan clogged.

PSU ... if you have a fresh unit it might also be worth swapping and seeing if any difference ... sometimes small faults in power being delivered to the system can cause similar issues.

I updated the graphics card driver.
    I used the following program:

    Everest_Ultimate_5.02.1784b_Portable

and I read 100% for the speed cooler.

Can I do more readings from this program to help solving the problem?
Or must I take the PC to a technician?

  6. You might be asking too much from that graphics card.

What settings do you normally use? High quality?

The problem is the same independent the quality I use.
By the way, the same games that worked very well one week ago, are the same that have a bad operation now!

No, I haven't another monitor or cable to do that test.
But I see movies with VLC Player without any trouble!

When you reinstall you got curves built-in drivers from Windows. How is running games (via the Internet or disk)?
And change the port SATA cable.
