  1. Hello.
I want to remove a button from a DVD menu.
Although i found a guide here:
    http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/edit_and_delete_dvd_menu_buttons_with_pgcedit.cfm#savethedvd
it just allows you to delete the button, but not remove the button from the menu (which really I can't see the point then of just making the button non-selectable).
    it says:
"You could completely remove the button if you wanted to, but that would require a lot more work and really it's not worth it. "

So, does anyone know this "lot more work" to do?

    Thanks.
The menu is static, so I guess I'll use "the easy way".

edit: hmm..i guess it's difficult eventually because the button i want to delete is in front of a picture.
So you can't edit that out with photoshop or other software, without hurting the picture.
This way works if only the buttons have a solid color background.

  5. Yes, it's exactly why it's an hard work (and also why PgcEdit can't do that).

There are graphics tools such as Inpaint that can theoretically reconstruct the missing part of the background image, but of course the result depends of the complexity of the image.
