Hello.
I want to remove a button from a DVD menu.
Although i found a guide here:
http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/edit_and_delete_dvd_menu_buttons_with_pgcedit.cfm#savethedvd
it just allows you to delete the button, but not remove the button from the menu (which really I can't see the point then of just making the button non-selectable).
it says:
"You could completely remove the button if you wanted to, but that would require a lot more work and really it's not worth it. "
So, does anyone know this "lot more work" to do?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

It depend somewhat on wheter you have a video or still background.
One tool is DVD Remake as shown here -
Thanks.
The menu is static, so I guess I'll use "the easy way".
edit: hmm..i guess it's difficult eventually because the button i want to delete is in front of a picture.
So you can't edit that out with photoshop or other software, without hurting the picture.
This way works if only the buttons have a solid color background.Last edited by thinredline; 27th Jun 2014 at 06:20.

Yes, it's exactly why it's an hard work (and also why PgcEdit can't do that).
There are graphics tools such as Inpaint that can theoretically reconstruct the missing part of the background image, but of course the result depends of the complexity of the image.r0lZ - PgcEdit homepage Hosted by VideoHelp (Thanks Baldrick)
