    What is the format of your source video that you would like to convert to m2v?
    m2v stands for raw-video stream without audio for type mpeg-2.

    Normally PS3 should play video in any of following format.
    MPEG-2 PS (MPEG2 Audio Layer 2, AAC LC, AC3 (Dolby Digital), LPCM) ---> video.mpg
    MPEG-2 TS (MPEG2 Audio Layer 2, AC3 (Dolby Digital), AAC LC) ---> video.mpg or video.m2ts
    MPEG-2 TS (H.264/MPEG-4 AVC, AAC LC) ---> video.m2ts
    H.264/MPEG-4 AVC High Profile (AAC LC) ---> video.mp4
    DivX / Xvid (AC3 (Dolby Digital) ---> video.avi

    If your source video is any of above mentioned type, probably you do not need to convert.
    If you provide us more info. about your source video (media-info), someone can suggest appropriate tool.

    Any MPEG-2 encoder, one such as the free HCEnc. But will a PS3 even play an M2V (video only, with no associated audio)? I wouldn't think so. Are you sure you mean M2V, after enim has explained what it is?

    I'm connected to the video game subtitles
    Play
    When I put the subtitles jetaudio software will interconnect
    Instead of going to the movie format
    Now I need to format m2v movie and let's place in the Games folder
    Do you understand?

    It is still not clear what you are starting with. But you can try importing your original video into AVStoDVD and convert to elementary streams. To do that in AVStoDVD, click on Options-->Output Setup-->Elementary Mpeg2 Streams. You will get an audio stream that you can discard, and a video stream in .m2v format.

    If you are starting with DVD-video, you could use PGCDemux instead.

    No, because the English is very bad. Maybe ask someone you know that speaks better English to help you. Or follow Kerry56's advice about how to create an M2V from many different kinds of other video.
