Bets compression Codec for STOIK Capturer

I use STOIK Capturer to capture from my DV camera and there is a list of compression Codecs. I am kind of a newbie so I was wondering if you guys would recommend me the best codec that guarantees GOOD QUALITY and small size. I don't want to have a big quality drop.

Just copy the dv video with WINDV. Then convert/edit the video to a smaller format.

Or else if you want to shrink directly while capturing then try wmvideo9 for smallest size. If too bad quality try mjpeg.
