    Hello

I didn't know which keywords to use in Google to find how to do this.

A friend needs a song in MP3 to be played twice without doing anything special on the CD player. What Windows application can I use to create a new WAV file that is effectively the original MP3 file played twice in a row?

Incidently, she uses Sonic RecordNow to burn CDs, so I'll have to find how to create audio CDs with that discontinued application.

    Thank you.

yeah,, that Google search can be way complicated!
they oughtta invent a way to make that easier and not so complex!

at least provide a course on 'How to Ask the Google'

I have never used that software, but I found this:

Try dragging the mp3 file to the burn list twice.

  4. You can open an MP3 with MP3DirectCut, high-lite the whole file, copy it, navigate to the end, paste what you copied, and then save that as a new MP3. If that makes sense....

You're just using the standard Windows copy and paste function to duplicate the MP3 then re-save it as a new file.

  5. Every audio editor has cut/paste abilities. Open the mp3, select all the audio, copy, put the cursor at the end, paste, save as wav. If you don't have an editor try Audacity. It's free.

Thanks, Audacity worked fine to copy the song and save it as WAV.
