Hi, new to forum. I'm having a problem that I need help on. I download .mkv or .avi files, make a menu in DVDStyler, drag & drop the file into DVDStyler and I get a message that the "video file is in PAL format, do I want to change the DVD format to PAL, too?" I say no because our format in USA is NTSC. Then, after burning, the audio is about 6-seconds behind the video. If I say "yes, change DVD format to PAL, too" then the audio stays in sync but I can't play the output DVD because it is is the wrong format for my DVD player. Any help would be appreciated!

Try instead AVStoDVD to convert your PAL video to NTSC. You can make a DVD directly or output as mpg and use in DVD Styler.
