I'm trying to download a bunch of audios but they are so big (for such a crappy audio quality) and download goes so slow.

I'm trying VSO Downloader but the hotlink is already in source code.

The download through VSO or Orbit is slow but it seems that in web player it fully download the entire audio in a few seconds, seeking is almost instantly.

    Hi
    Try this...
    Firefox, right-click "View Page Source"
    Then search for srcHTML5
    Then
    Code:
    wget http://vmedia.cadenaser.com/cadenaser/2004/06/20040627csrcsr_3_A_LAU.
    Result:-
    15,315,391 2.40MB/s in 6.1smp4

Filesize 15.3MB, download speed 2.4MB/s took 6.1 seconds.

  5. Do you know if the above trick:
    firefox>right click>view page source> search for srcHTML5
works for any other websites? What is the significance of "srcHTML5" and how did you figure that out?

    Hi
Probably the two links are provided for use by different types of browser.
Some browsers can use HTML5, and some can't.
