Is it correct that the Power-On Hours (POH) attribute in the hard drive's SMART is not affected by changes in the system clock?

For example, if I increase the system time in Windows by 5 hours, the Power-On Hours counter in the SMART will stay the same and will not increase by the 5 hour clock change?

Best way to find out is to try out what you are asking.

It tracks the amount of time the drive is on. The clock has nothing to do with it.
