But how much mbps can "AVI Motion Jpeg" get?
What can it range from?

With the MJPEG encoders I've used you select a quality level, not a bitrate. Higher quality settings, bigger frames, higher frame rates, more picture detail, and more noise all lead to higher bitrates. With SD video and decent quality settings you were typically looking at around 20 to 30 Mb/s.

Multiply by the difference in frame size. 6x as many pixels per frame = 6x the bitrate.
