    Hi, there

Whenever I put bit rate value "1600" in MeGUI or more Bitrate calculator, I got a very big file size something

like 2 gigabits after encoding and of course not to make BPP less than 200

in deblocking -3 -3, any idea to avoid that and to get a proper size? Thanks in advance

Please give more information abour your source. RUnning time?

    Are you using 2-pass ?

  4. Bitrate is the number of bits per second (on average). If you specify an average of 1600kb per second for a 3 hour movie and then specify 1600kb per second for a 3 minute clip, it's a fair bet the 3 hour movie is going to result in a much larger file size.

    1600 x 3 hours = 2109MB plus audio
    1600 x 3 minutes = 35MB plus audio

From the info you posted it appears your encode was 2 hours, 46min long and the bitrate was 1599kbps. Almost exactly what you asked for.
If you want a particular file size, use AutoEncode, add the audio, and specify the size you want in the AutoEncode window. MeGUI will work out the required bitrate for you.
