I accidentally deleted some .ts (transport stream) files and I can't seem to find a program that will see them,

All the programs I tried would see all the other video file .avi .mp4 .mkv

    Thanks in advance for help.

The undelete program(s) wont find them? Try recuva.

Or can't you open/play the recovered ts files?

Recuva see's the blu-ray .ts files but it cant find the data, the dvd .avi files recovered nicely. (I'm using the free version 1.51.1063). I have hundreds of .ts files and don't want to spend weeks ripping them again.

I also used Pandora Recovery, and about 7 other programs with the same results.

I have not tried imaging the disk yet with test-disk in Parted Magic because I'm waiting for the new hard drives to be delivered to write the image to.

These are on a fully functional raid 5 volume.

Background - I was changing my backup array to a different raid controller and decided to use a different copy program, it was supposed to be faster at copying.

The copy program instead deleted my main video raid volume.

From now on I'm sticking to the old tried and true SuperCopier.

OK, after trying out a truck load of undelete programs (Free and Try-Out) I found that most programs would not undelete .ts files.

Some programs would undelete if they are less than 4GB.

R-Studio (Try B4U Buy) would undelete more file types than I even knew existed. It also has no limit on file size.

I managed to undelete every single file without loss.
