Hi,
I need a set up that will allow me to video record a tennis player and have live capture on my laptop from the video camera. I need to be able to quickly edit the video on my laptop (i.e., slow down a swing at about 200 fps) and visually show the player what she/he needs to focus on during the next round of balls (e.g., contact point, eye on the ball, follow through, etc). Since wifi is not reliable it needs to be hardwired.
I have a Sony HDR-AS15 and a Macbook Pro (with a firewire slot) and the only video software I have is iMovie. I can’t afford a new laptop but I can exchange the camera out if need be.
Any ideas on a camera or necessary converters/cables?
