Is there a forum for OpenCV on Video Help?

P.S. I thought there was a way to indicate a response had been made?

It always helps to link to an information page: http://code.opencv.org/projects/opencv/wiki

We wouldn't have a specific forum for OpenCV, though our programing forum would probably be the closest. I would search around for a dedicated forum, maybe here: http://opencv.org/

I'm a newbie trying to understand OpenCV. I've been to to their forum, but it's been of little help. Isn't this forum Programming, or maybe > Video > Programming? That wiki link is pretty good. I've collected a fair amount of info on OpenCV, but nothing to really get me started. The stumbling block seems to be the libraries. In particular, I do not see how one makes a library function reachable from the C++ source code. I see a bunch of lib functions in the installed folder. ...->OpenCV->build->x86->vc11->lib. lib contains 41 lib functions.

Yes, it's video related. I'm trying to do some image processing on video frames.
