Obviously, I'm learning all the time, about the aspects of video.
So, I'm trying to learn how two MP4's, that I have, have the same recording, the same quality and the same time length, but are different file sizes? One file size is 3.9MB and the other is 13.6MB. I look forward to being enlightened. Thanks

  2. They are almost certainly not the same quality. Can you post an example?

  3. Filesize = average bitrate * running time

If they are both have the same running time, the larger one has a higher bitrate (and likely higher quality, if everything else was the same)

  4. Use MediaInfo to post details about each MP4 (the portable version on the page I linked to contains no junkware).
