I have a video clips that only has sound on the right audio channel. I extracted the WAV file and opened it in Nero Wave Editor. The left channel does have volume, but it's so low that you can't hear it unless you raise it using the volume change option. The right channel volume seems normal. If I use volume change the left channel becomes normal but the right ends up to loud. How can I even the volume out using Nero Wave Editor on another program?

Can't you select just the left channel and work on that independently ?
If not try installing Audacity and doing the work in there.

  3. Yes.... Audacity well let you split a stereo track into two mono ones, work on them independently, them make them a stereo track again etc.
