mediainfo export xml convert to preset for handbrake?

like to make a preset for handbrake using the xml exported from mediainfo GUI just dont know how or if there is a converter for the xml.

No converter.

The only method I know of is to use Mis2x264 to copy most x264 encoding settings and use them in the x264 encoder. But I don't know how to use it in handbrake.

how do i use x264 to DVD rip (D:\VIDEO_TS\) with the encoding settings applied? cant seem to figure that one out.
