How to repair a damaged 3gpp files?

I have a 3gpp file,but it cann't open.

I opende it by winhex,I saw its file header is good, footer is bad,so I copy a good 3GPP's footer to the files,but can't oped.

You can try video repair tool. It's not free but the trial will try repair half the movie.

this is a vioce file,not video.

Maybe you can try open it in an audio editor like goldwave and audacity and see if it finds anything.
