If the project is DVDSlideshowgui still maintained or is it completed?

There is only one version (0.9.5.4) is over a year old and is already massive in Win 7 problems do not allow the re-use.
These problems are not encountered under Win XP.

So there are artifacts, ghosting, stuttering etc.

It would be nice times to get a short feedback, so I know whether I have to change the program or not (which would be a shame).
