VOB files are not chapters anyway. When you add your "clips" into the same title(in a DVD authoring program) they should end up as chapters.

Hello Hech54 greetings,Thank you for your prompt response! well im not well familiar with video files! well, when I opened a DVD I found VOB files, in this case, we would like to join 2 or 3 DVDs in one DVD, but students and instructors may move from subject to another by hitting FORWARD BUTOON, they dont need to go through the entire subject to move to the next one
I hope I explained the case clearly

Is each individual DVD "chaptered" already?

OK......me personally I would copy each disc BY CHAPTER.
3 DVDs(?) - 3 folders - each containing the chapters on that disc.
Then load chapter by chapter into an authoring program to create new DVDs.
This is all under the assumption that these are simple, single-title DVDs.

The old DVDDecrypter program can copy a DVD and give you the copy in chapter form.
Tools - IFO MODE - File Splitting - BY CHAPTER.
