I got a bad AVI file which contains 2 Audio Streams.
Itīs a recording which failed and i had to cut of the process which probably in turn made the Index non-existant.
So i am trying to solve it by Re-Saving the file to Re-index it.
I have succeeded by using Mencoder.
Sadly it doesnīt work with the Second stream and only Stream 1 is in the "Repaired" file.
Does anyone have any ideas how i can retrieve the other stream?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Try VirtualDubMod. It'll open/save AVIs with more than one audio stream. You can access them if need be using the Streams/Streams List menu. When resaving, select "Direct Stream Copy" as the compression method under the Video menu.
Or try AVIMux GUI. -
None works, VirtualDubMod as well as VirtualDub just shows black screen and 0 frames, and resaving does nothing but saves nothing (extremely small .wav file).

Then try the following: run "ffmpeg -i Path\To\PeskyAvi.avi" and copy the result into your next post
-
Here is the result:

increasing probesize
