Just some info on two websites which might be useful for those needing to create date with running time subtitles for any video.

1: chrono ... A site which can produce date with running time in sub format ... you fill in the required info (limited to max file size)

2: Online Subtitle Converter ... sub to srt

A lot faster and quicker when applications in some guides fail under win7 / win8
