    I'm trying to make a psa video for my film class. Is there any way to photoshop pictures of people into a video (like make them wabble into the frame, look like they're talking, and wabble out), in iMovie or some other free site? This is just a class project and i really don't wanna pay a couple hundred for after effects right now. It doesnt have to look professional at all i want it to look as ridiculous as possible.

    If you are using windows, than AviUtl should be able to do it and it's free. You will need to prep the images beforehand and that will take the most work.........
    Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........
