Ripping movie prisoners with DVDFab

Tried ripping the bluray movie of Prisoners with newest version of DVDFab (9.1.1.9) but keeps telling me I have to update program to open this disk but I have the newest version, Anyone else having a problem?

Is that a relatively new movie? If so it could have some new form of copy protection. DVDFab only put the newest forms of protection into the paid version of the software. They won't appear in the free version until approx 2-3 months later.

Do you have the free version or the paid version?

If dvdfab fails try the trial of anydvdhd.

Thought I had updated to newest version, So it was my mistake, Big mistake.
