    I would like to know what is the correct order for 6 channel wavs when you encode to dts? Thanks

    That question only makes sense if your encoder is ffmpeg or dcaenc.
    The channel order in the WAV input is: Front Left, Front Right, Front Center, LFE, Back Left, Back Right.
    Commercial encoders do accept mono WAVs for input, and make our lives less difficult

  3. I wonder why MediaInfo displays the channel order in the wrong order?

    I checked a file and foobar2000's output meter displays the channels in the order El Heggunte mentioned, yet for the same file (and everyone I checked) MediaInfo shows:

    Front: L C R, Side: L R, LFE
