.bat file to change title of mkv file

I have got an mkv merge script that I am using to change the title of an mkv to the file name but as this creates a whole new file it's not ideal.

I see that mkvpropedit is what I need to use but i keep getting errors when I try and make a script.
Can anyone throw me together a batch file that will edit all mkv files and change the title of the file to the same as the file name?
