Capturing Best HD from Xbox 360 Streaming

I want to capture a movie from my xbox 360 with my HD PVR 2 game edition via HDMI
Is their anyway you can force the xbox 360 to play HD streaming so I can capture the movie in HD
instead of dropping quality here and their. Im not using wifi but is wired to my modem.
My internet speed can handle the HD stream and more. Thanks alot

Random connection drops are unavoidable happens everytime i watch a video on youtube on 360. Best bet is to reset your modem router and xbox then redo your xbox network settings and hope you get a stronger connection.
