digitizing digibeta to dvd

Im from Sweden, just started a small distribution dvd company for films we can´t get here . (hopefully the movies will hit the stores here) that’s why I need a very high profeffesional quality

I talked to the film studios where I going to get the masters from and they
can send me a digibeta master , my questions is how do I get it from digibeta to pc ( which format and capture mode should I use)
I was thinking about sony j30 or sony j3, somethingwith sdi output and the use black magic card to capture it to pc, but I don’tknow which format I would capture it to .

I need to know the process from digibeta to dvd authoringprogram like encore.

I'm curious why you would start a DVD distribution company as opposed to some other business if you are unfamiliar with the field. Perhaps you need to hire a CTO.

Capture to uncompressed 4:2:2. For European tapes, 720x576.

i just stardet the company and i see the sony j deck very cheap on ebay.so my plan was to do it my self to save the expenses. but im very new in this so i need any recomendation. please
