    When i rip with DVDycrypter..then use DVD2AVI and finally use TMPGenc the VCD sound and picture are great but the sound i think isnt full DD 5.1. When i choose Dolby Digital on my amp the sound isnt recognised. However the Dolby Pro Logic can be used. Does this conversion process to VCD lose the Dolby Digital sound...?

    vcd or svcd do NOT support dolby digital 5.1.
